About Dianna Laney

 Why She Does This Work

Dianna’s perspective on wealth didn’t begin in a finance office—it came from seeing how profoundly financial stability can shape a person’s opportunities and choices.

Early in life she experienced how uncertainty around money can affect families. As a young adult, she was introduced to a very different approach—one centered on thoughtful planning, disciplined saving, and wise investing.

Seeing how intentional financial strategies helped families build confidence, create options for the future, and create opportunities for the next generation shaped the path she chose.

Today, after more than two decades of experience guiding clients through market cycles and important life decisions, Dianna helps individuals and families grow, preserve, and steward their wealth with clarity and purpose.

Professional Background

Dianna focuses on the strategic side of a client’s financial life—helping clients think through important decisions, develop long-term wealth strategies, and stay aligned with their goals. With more than 20 years of experience guiding clients through market cycles, life transitions, and evolving financial priorities, she leads the financial planning and investment strategy at Solvia Wealth.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Dianna specializes in helping clients navigate meaningful life transitions such as career growth, retirement planning, and building wealth for future generations. She works closely with clients during key planning conversations to bring clarity and perspective to complex financial decisions.

Dianna founded Solvia Wealth to provide advice that is personal, strategic, and grounded in long-term relationships. She believes financial well-being is an essential part of overall well-being and works to transform financial complexity into clarity so clients can move forward with confidence.

Who She Serves

Dianna works with successful individuals and families who have built meaningful assets and want a thoughtful partner to help them manage their wealth.

Many of her clients are established professionals, business owners, and dual-career households who are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, and long-term financial goals. As their financial lives become more complex, they value having a knowledgeable advisor who can help them make informed investment decisions, coordinate long-term strategies, and stay focused on the bigger picture.

Dianna helps clients turn years of hard work and disciplined saving into a cohesive strategy—investing thoughtfully, managing risk, and building wealth that can support their families today and in the future.

What Matters Most

Family is at the center of everything Dianna does. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and their dogs Oliver & Ruby. Outside of work, you’ll often find her volunteering at her children’s school, exploring the outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, or hosting gatherings with friends and family.

She is also an avid reader and half-marathon enthusiast who believes staying active and curious is part of living well.

Community Involvement

Dianna believes strong communities are built through service and leadership. She is deeply committed to the Folsom community and actively supports a variety of local initiatives.

She currently serves as a Commissioner for the City of Folsom Planning Commission and previously served as a Library Commissioner for the City of Folsom.

Her past community involvement also includes:
